On January 10, 1968, I arrived into this world. Not that I remember, but it was not an easy arrival. Like a plane landing in the storm, it had turbu- lence. My mom, Fran Levy, didn’t do well with my delivery. I was early, and I weighed 4 lbs. 11 oz.. At the time of my delivery, my mom was also diag- nosed with Lupus, an autoimmune disease.
