Client Service Associate

Primary function: The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing white glove support of our clients and advisors. This requires the associate to understand the life cycle of account opening, asset transfers and cash movements. Opportunity exists for this candidate to grow into an associate advisor role, should the candidate desire.
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in financial services industry in a support role. Experience in account opening, asset transfer and cash processing. Experience with CRM software is a plus (i.e., SalesForce, Redtail, Siebel). FINRA series 7, 63, 65 or 66 license required within 2 years.
